• Somalis are ready to work but face training and language barriers that separate them from job opportunities
• Unemployment rate among Somalis is very high

  Need:

• Job Training that leads to employment/communication
• ESL classes that teach job related English
• Contact and access to employers
• Partnership between Somali Community and Employers would be positive and beneficial.
